Getting Your Order to You

We want your supplements in your hands fast, so here's exactly how shipping works.

• 1 to 3 business days delivery once your order ships
• Free shipping on orders over £30
• £3.99 flat rate on orders under £30
• UK only for now

Processing Time

We aim to get every order packed and handed to our courier within 1 business day of you placing it. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays go out the next working day.

Delivery

We currently ship to addresses across the UK only. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders, so once your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on where you are. Larger orders may go out with a different courier, but you'll still get full tracking either way.

Delivery times are estimates from our courier, not a guarantee, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods like sales or the run up to Christmas.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If you can't find it, check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll sort it.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If your order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery, and a second postage charge may apply.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your tracking shows a delay, please give it a couple of extra working days first, as couriers can run behind during busy periods. If it's been longer than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us at info@muscleflexuk.com with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, please contact your courier first as they may have more detail on where it was left. If we can't resolve it between us, get in touch and we'll take it from there.
