We built Muscle Flex for people like us everyday lifters showing up before work, after work, whenever we can fit it in. Not chasing extremes, just consistent progress. No hype, no gimmicks just supplements that actually do the job.

I’ve always had a bit of a creative flair. Give me a pen and paper over a screen any day and if there’s a whiteboard nearby, even better. Most of my best ideas start as a doodle that somehow turns into a plan.I’ve got some crazy ideas. And I mean crazy! Thankfully, Jake is usually there to make me question whether I’ve completely lost the plot. But when it comes to our supplements, I’m a big believer that if I can’t get behind a product, it doesn’t go into production.

Organised chaos is basically my brand. Fifteen tabs open, a dozen ideas on the go, and somehow it all comes together, usually running on caffeine and nowhere near enough sleep. I'm the one behind the scenes making sure the website works, the orders ship, and Muscle Flex actually runs day to day. Ask me how I do it and honestly, I don't know either. But when it comes to the customer experience, I'm not one for cutting corners if it's not smooth on our end, it's not going live.
